About Mirna Garcia

Mirna Garcia is the Founding President of the National Hispanic Construction Alliance – Central Valley, a proud first‑generation daughter of immigrants, and a lifelong advocate for equity, access, and generational wealth in underserved communities. Her leadership reflects the resilience, determination, and cultural pride that define the Central Valley’s diverse workforce and entrepreneurial spirit.
Mirna is a powerhouse realtor and currently serves on the Corporate Board of Governors for NAHREP’s Northwest California Region (2023–2025). She also holds key leadership roles as Board Treasurer for South Tower Community Land Trust and Board Member for Centro La Familia Advocacy Services, where she champions housing stability, community health, and economic mobility.
A Fresniana since 1994, Mirna brings more than 15 years of experience in residential, commercial, and investment real estate. She has helped countless families achieve homeownership, guided investors in building strong portfolios, and supported local businesses in expanding their footprint. Her work is grounded in the belief that housing is more than shelter — it is the foundation of opportunity.
Mirna’s commitment to community extends far beyond real estate. She is the founder of the Llaves De Tu Casa Fresno Housing Initiative, a culturally responsive program that empowers moderate‑to‑low‑income families through education, financial readiness, and homeownership pathways. Her advocacy is rooted in the lived experiences of immigrant families and the systemic barriers they face.
As a public speaker and advocate with RAINN, Mirna uplifts survivors of trauma through outreach, education, and legislative engagement. Her courage and dedication were recognized in 2019 when she received the Fresno County District Attorney Courageous Citizen Award.
